The ASCA has contact with a large network of volunteers and can likely inform a steward in the area when something needs work, and provide them with the necessary hardware.
The vast majority of American fixed climbing hardware is maintained by volunteers, please contribute to these efforts. Whether it is your time you donate, or a financial contribution to us and/or your local climbing organization, this work is not getting done without community support.
